Integration of Trigonometric Functions PDF

This document provides 30 examples of integrals involving trigonometric functions along with their basic formulas. It lists the standard integrals of sin x, cos x, sec2 x, csc2 x and other trigonometric functions. It then gives 30 practice problems applying these formulas to more complex integrals involving combinations of trigonometric functions.

Integration of Trigonometric Functions
The following are the basic formulas for the integration of trigonometric functions:

 sin xdx = cos x  C

 cos xdx = sin x  C

 sec
2 xdx = tan x  C

 csc
2 xdx = cot x  C

 sec x tan xdx = secx  C

 csc x cot xdx = cscx  C

 tan xdx = ln secx  C

 cot xdx = ln sin x  C

 sec xdx = ln sec x  tan x  C

 csc xdx = ln csc x  cot x  C
