Comments : (1) For the Expired RFI only the NKDM Inspector need to
When a RFI has already passed it's "Expire Date" the NKDM

(2) For Next Revision of RFI, to make the system more easier to
support the activity at site, all the information in RFI Form will
be same except the Issue Date, Expire Date, Inspection Date,
Inspection Time and the RFI Revision number.
(3) To make the site work more quick and accurate in the
Revised RFI, a Representative of Section Manager can give
signature in absence of the Section Manager. Because the first
issued RFI already have the signature from Section Manager
and he is already informed about all the activity of his section.
