What you need

 Cardboard travel cup and lid.


 Scissors
 Glue
 Various craft resources – googly eyes, feathers, card
and sparkles depending on your creation.

Instructions

1. Firstly decide on your creation this can be a monster,


animal or whatever you like.
2. Then where do you want to post your worries?
In its mouth or through the drink hole (if you’re
using the drink hole you will need an adult to
carefully cut the hole bigger.
3. The rest is up to you to decorate.
How to use

This will depend on how your family deals with worries.


A) Write out your worries as you have them, post into your
pot then discuss before bed or set time with a family
member. They can then be put back in the pot to disappear
into the night.
B) Some children may feel they don’t want to talk about
worries so can secretly put in and they can also disappear
during the night.
