    residents of Brgy. 16N Quiling Norte, Philippines; IMELDA P. ACOSTA, resident of Brgy.
    34 Dariwdiw Batac City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines; CRISPINA P. LACAMBRA, and
    RODOLFO P. PUYAOAN Sr. residents of Brgy Bil-loca, Batac City, Ilocos Norte,
    Philippines, all of legal age, Filipino citizens do hereby name, constitute and appoint,
    JOANNE PARAOAN CORPUZ, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and resident of
    Brgy 16N Quiling Norte Batac City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to be our true and lawful
    attorney in fact for me and in my name, place and stead to do any and all of the following

    REPRESENT us therein at any stage of the proceeding to protect and preserve our rights
    and interest in the following described property;

    “A parcel of land designated as Lot No. 9459CAD-398 covered by Original


    Certificate of Title No. P-22390 situated at Brgy 16N Quiling Norte, Batac City,
    Ilocos Norte containing an area of Four Thousand One Hundred and Seventy
    Four (4,174) Square Meters.”

    2. To SIGN, DELIVER, EXECUTE and RECEIVE papers or documents


    pertaining and necessary to the IN THE MATTER OF THE ISSUANCE OF THE
    SECOND OWNER’S DUPLICATE COPY OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF
    TITLE NO. P-22390 OF THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS FOR PROVINCE OF ILOCOS
    NORTE including but not limited to the signing and execution of Verification and
    Certification Against Forum Shopping;

    3. To DO such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or


    incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is
    hereby given

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full power and
    authority to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite to carry into effect the
    foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
    personally present and acting in person and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
