Two-component polyurethane paste

CHARACTERISTICS

Product for laying gym flooring, that may be applied on prefabricated granular rubber decks and/or cast on site, to lay sports surfaces with Pavisint
SL 75 systems.
Pavisint Sealer 45 is an intermediate layer laid between a granular rubber deck and the next self-levelling layer, that is used to smooth and seal the
surface of the granular rubber deck or cast-in-situ.

LAYING SURFACE

Granular rubber deck made with prefabricated SPORMAT, prefabricated rubber tiles or granular rubber cast-in-situ. In all cases, the bottom should
be perfectly flat and compact.
IMPORTANT: resin surfaces are generally waterproof (non draining) surfaces, so that decks should be sloped correctly to ensure efficient rainwater
run-off and prevent pooling. Any corrections that may be required should be made before laying the final coating; if necessary, please consult the
Technical Office of Casali S.p.A.

CONSUMPTION

Depending on the type of deck, the minimum recommended coverage is as follows:

- 0.5 Kg/sq.m in two coatings (a first 300 g./sq.m. coating followed by a second 200 g./sq.m. coating) on prefabricated Spormat surface;
- 1.5 - 1.7 Kg/sq.m. on rubber decks cast in situ. Use test samples to get a true idea of the amount of product required.

aggregate grading to prevent flaws on the surface. Repairs and/or filling should be carried out in accordance with the instructions of Casali S.p.A.
Check for rising damp and/or infiltrations, and if necessary contact the Technical Office of Casali S.p.A. office for more information.
Store component B at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C, otherwise the material may crystallize and be unsuitable for use. The material may
however be reconditioned for several hours with a heater or water bath at 40-45 °C, shaking the tin to eliminate lumps, and bringing the material back
to a liquid state (the hardener must be limpid otherwise the crystals are not perfectly blended). The heated material must be applied immediately oth-
erwise it will deteriorate and can no longer be used
