INTRODUCTION EMCEE

The month of April is one of the most awaited months on the part of the learners as
well as of course those parents who for the first time ever  see their son or daughter be
one of those members of the graduating class April during the processional. I am pretty
sure that it’s been already a month-long waiting and preparation.  Needless to say…
what to wear and what to do.  Those feelings come into reality this day…on this 3 RD day
of APRIL as we will witness the Commencement Exercises & Recognition Rites of our
beloved Maricum Elementary School.
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year 2018-
2019. It’s been almost 10 months already that we have witness how these little lads
and lasses proved their worth to become a member of this year’s graduating batch.

So, to start with, I just want to greet the people who grace the affair.  To our
distinguished and highly esteemed members of the academic community led by the
dynamic and supportive Principal Incharge of the Dist. Sir Jerry B. Ranes, School Heads
namely: Maam Lilibeth Magdadaro OIC of Arangit Elem. School, Sir Herbert Bingco the
OIC of Kaninoan Elem School, Sir Jerole Dipaudhon ,OIC of Bahay Elem School and our
very own Maam Hiede C. Cayaco, School Head of Kulawen and Maricum Elem.School,
barangay officials who are with us today, members and officers of the PTA,
colleagues,guests, members of the graduating batch, parents, guardians, visitors,
friends, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant, welcoming and a joyous morning to
everyone.!

Processional March

And at this moment may I request the graduates, parents ,Teachers and Guests to
position now at their corresponding lines because we are now about to start the
Processional March. Ladys and Gentlemen let us give a big round of applause as we
welcome the graduates of this Academic Year 2018-2019….(matukar an music ngan ma
entrance na an graduates….)

Tribute to GOD,Tribute Country, and DEP ED HYMN.

At this moment, may we all stand as we pay tribute, honor and glory to   our Almighty
GOD through a doxology and afterwards please remain standing for the singing of our
Philippine National Anthem and the Dep ED Leyte Hymn.

Welcome Address

At this point, let us all lend our ears as we listen to the welcome remarks of Ms. Rosie
Maceda, our Committee on Education. Let us give her a big round of applause please…

Presentation of Candidates for Graduation

And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst.  To do the
honours of presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, may we have on the stage
the school head of exemplary performance, none other than Maam Hyde C. Cayaco…A
round of applause everyone….

Distribution of Diploma

A Certificate of Graduation or Diploma is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a

certain level of education.  This is now the fruit of each learners endeavor.   So, to do
the honors of the distribution of Diploma to our young graduates, may we have on the
stage once more, the Principal Incharge Sir Jerry B. Ranes together with the
distinguished school Heads Present today namely: Maam Lilibeth Magdadaro OIC of
Arangit Elem. School, Sir Herbert Bingco the OIC of Kaninoan Elem School, Sir Jerole
Dipaudhon ,OIC of Bahay Elem School and our very own Maam Hiede C. Cayaco,
School Head of Kulawen and Maricum Elem.School and our partnered stakeholders, our

Another highlight of this occasion is the opportunity for us to listen and be inspired to

family members very proud right now, and of course to everybody who are here today

And now for most awaited part of our programme, especially for the parents and
learners who will be awarded, let us move on to the awarding of medals and
certificates to Honors and deserving pupils. Again may we call in the adviser of grade 6
________to do the honors of presenting our awardees.
