The rates shall include the cost of providing, erecting and maintaining
leakproof shuttering /formwork /scaffolding, etc. to be used for concreting,
providing and erecting props, temporary frame work and maintain them in
position for required time, to existing load bearing elemnts for reliving loads
coming on to structural members being repaired/strengthened but excludes
the cost of reinforcement, Shear connector and plaster . The rate shall also
include required breaking of adjoining RCC structural elements like slab,
beam, etc. and reinstating the same in original shape and size by using above
