Maintaining control of Anger and Temper

I am relaxed
I focus on these thoughts.
I allow these words that I am hearing to become what I am thinking.
I am on track.
I am growing more open-minded and good-humored.
I have an open mind.
I have good humor.
I am happy, and cheerful.
I am peaceful.
My normal state of mind is Happiness.
My normal state of mind is peace.
My normal state of mind is cheerfulness.
I am also understanding.
I am also understood.
People are drawn to my understanding.
People love being understood by me.
I listen and understand.
I have patience to listen and to understand.
People enjoy my happiness and cheeriness ...
People enjoy this natural state of mind, of mine.
I focus on
Happiness ...

cheerfulness
I am becoming happy
I am becoming cheerful
I am becoming peaceful.
I am being peaceful.
I am being cheerful
I am being happy
I am happy
I am cheerful
I am peaceful.
This is my attitude
I am grateful for being happy

I am naturally peaceful.
I am very thankful for my new attitudes of happiness peace and cheerfulness.
I listen to only positive words of others ... I am only influenced by what is
positive and good.
I let negative pass by me,
I watch it, I observe it. I let it pass by.

I control my temper. When I am angry, I immediately at will can switch it to

I now react and reply with understanding and acknowledgment
