Terms & Conditions

1. Terms & Service

This proposal, if accepted, assigns ACE Developers (“The Developer”) to develop and
design an online store ("The Project") for Lowe MetroShops (“The Client”). The Project
will be completed within two (2) months.

2. Amount
The Project will cost $14,700.00, 30% of such will be paid by The Client at the start of
The Project. The remaining 70% will be paid ve (5) days after the completion.

3. Con dentiality
Both Parties recognize the sharing of sensitive business information while working on
The Project. Both Parties agree to keep this information con dential.

4. Ownership & Rights

The Developer reserves the ownership of the intellectual property rights of all of the
software’s codes and designs that are developed for this Project. The Client reserves
the right on the nished software upon the completion of the nal payment.
