B. Other Concerns
SHS Teachers should comply with their course outline before the start of class.
Program Design/Proposal should be accomplished one month before the program.
The activities per club will be held every 2nd Tuesday of the month. Thus, every morning,
Academic Club will be scheduled and Non-academic Club will be scheduled in the
afternoon.
Guidance Counseling should be accommodated by Ms. Glaiza Enriquez. Hence, every 1 st
Friday of the month there would be a program administered to SHS Grade 12 students.
Then, every 1st Thursday of the month there would be a program administered to SHS
Grade 11 students.
School Paper Club should accomplish newsletter every month.
Documentation for every program should be administered by Ms. Queenie Gonzales and
Collection of Awards and Certificate should be managed by Ms. Kenaz Perez.
All documents should be passed to Ms. Ruby before it will be passed to other offices.
II. ADJOURNMENT
There were no other matters being discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00
in the morning.
