B. Other Concerns
 SHS Teachers should comply with their course outline before the start of class.
 Program Design/Proposal should be accomplished one month before the program.
 The activities per club will be held every 2nd Tuesday of the month. Thus, every morning,
Academic Club will be scheduled and Non-academic Club will be scheduled in the
afternoon.
 Guidance Counseling should be accommodated by Ms. Glaiza Enriquez. Hence, every 1 st
Friday of the month there would be a program administered to SHS Grade 12 students.
Then, every 1st Thursday of the month there would be a program administered to SHS
Grade 11 students.
 School Paper Club should accomplish newsletter every month.
 Documentation for every program should be administered by Ms. Queenie Gonzales and
Collection of Awards and Certificate should be managed by Ms. Kenaz Perez.
 All documents should be passed to Ms. Ruby before it will be passed to other offices.
II. ADJOURNMENT
There were no other matters being discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00
in the morning.
