I/We clarify that; I/We can handle Government responsibilities with care. I/We have gone
through rules of Government made in this behalf and has accepted to abide by them and
also if any amendments thereto. I/We request you to approve me/we as Sub Agent on
following conditions-
Sr. Subject Condition
1. Simple Receipt Sub agent shall issue a simple receipt of
any required amount.
2. e-SBTR Sub agent shall make e-payment for e-
SBTR only in case the e-SBTR value is more
than rupees five thousand and has to
collect e-SBTR from our Bank.
3. Payment for e-SBTR Sub-Agent shall not collect any
commission or any other charges from the
customer.

4. Payment for Simple receipt/e- Sub-Agent will only collect from the
Challan customer, the service charges as
prescribed by the Government.(Rs.50/- at
present)
5. Payment of Stamp Duty and Regn When both are paid together, only single
Fee together commission/service charges would be
paid/collected.
6. In case of Simple receipt being It will be treated as e-payment for Reserve
issued on-line by Sub-Agent to Bank of India commission.

7. If the Sub-Agent is a traditional Sub-Agent will only use ePayment
stamp vendor or franking vendor. methods for payment of Stamp Duty
worth Rs. 5000/- and above and will not
use traditional methods of stamp duty and
will use ePayment for payment of any
amount of Registration Fees.

I/We agrees that if there is any dispute between us (Bank and Sub-Agent), the remedies are
to be sought mutually without involving The Government in between & the decision of
General Manager, Planning (Bank of Maharashtra) shall final and accepted to us.
