Introduction
Library management system is a web application. It is used by librarian to manage the library
using a computerized system where he or he can record various transaction like issues of books, return
of books, addition of books, addition of ne students, searching books, delete books, delete author,
update books, categories update/delete and admin/dashboard. Books and student maintenance
modules are also included in this system which would keep track of the students using the library and
also a detailed description about a book a library contain.

It is user-friendly and has required option. The software developed using HTML & PHP. The
goal that are achieved by the software/web application are:

 Optimum utilization of resources.


 Efficient management of record.
 Less processing time and getting required information.
 Handle and maintain books.
 Admin can see all records.
