IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE


1. Check the correctness of name and registration number present in the Hall ticket.
2. The Hall Tickets are issued based on the declaration and the information provided by the applicant in online application.
3. Candidates are liable for rejection at any point of time for submitting false / fake information.
4. Candidates need to report to the venue One hour before the examination start time as Mentioned above, gates will be closed 15mts before
the start of examination. NO Candidate is allowed beyond the examination time.
5. The hall ticket must be produced for verification along with at least one original valid identification card (for example: Aadhaar-UID/
Ration Card/ Student ID Card issued by the college last studied.
6. The candidates who do not have clear photographs on the hall ticket will have to bring two passport size photographs for appearing in the
Test with an undertaking.
7. Candidates are not allowed to carry any electronic gadgets, mobile/cellular phone, tablets, pen drives, calculator,wallets,handbags any
kind of wrist watches etc in the examination hall.
8. Management is not responsible for any loss of your valuable devices or personal belongings outside the examination hall.
9. Candidates are requested to cooperate to do thorough frisking before entering to the exam labs. Candidates will be permitted to appear for
the Test, only after their credentials are verified by center officials and after frisking to ensure that no prohibited articles are carried.
10. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall till the expiry of full time. If any candidate leaves the examination hall in
the middle,He/she shall be disqualified. In case of any violation, the candidate will be disqualified.
11. Any candidate found guilty of using unfair means of any nature in the Examination Hall will be ordered to leave the Examination Hall,
but he/she will not be allowed to leave the center before closing time of the Examination. A case of mal practice will be booked against
the candidate under the A.P. Public Examinations Prevention of Malpractices and Unfair Means Act 25/97.
12. Visually impaired candidates (40% handicap and above candidates) and Orthopedically Challenged (those who are not having both the
hands) are allowed the assistance of a scribe.
