    Undergraduate Admission Criteria

    Program Minimum GPA requirements Subject requirements


    Students must have Science
    Bachelor of Architecture SSC & HSC = 7 background & skill in free hand
    drawing.
    Students must have Physics,
    B.Sc. Engg. in Civil SSC & HSC = 7.5 or Mathematics in HSC (or
    B.Sc. Engg. in CSE SSC & Diploma = 7 equivalent) and Chemistry either
    B.Sc. Engg. in EEE (min GPA in HSC = 3.0, Diploma = 2.5)
    SSC or HSC (or equivalent).
    Students from any discipline can
    Bachelor of Business Administration apply. Students will be assessed on
    B.A (Hons) in English SSC & HSC = 6.00 English, General Mathematics,
    LL.B. (Hon's) Logical Reasoning and General
    Knowledge.
    Students must have Mathematics,
    Bachelor of Pharmacy SSC & HSC = 8.00 Biology and Chemistry in HSC or
    equivalent exam.
     Admission notice/ test schedules are available at the UAP admission office during office hours. These are also available
    at the following link of the UAP website: www.uap-bd.edu/admission.html

     Candidates with minimum GPA of 2.5 in O level in five subjects and A level in two subjects and total GPA of 6.0
    according to University of Asia Pacific scale (A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2 & E=1) are eligible to apply for admission. However,
    candidates should fulfill admission requirements of respective department.

     GED students may apply for admission provided they have a cumulative score of 2200 and not less than 410 in
    individual modules.

     H.S.C. appeared candidates with GPA of 4.00 and above in SSC are eligible to apply for the admission test. However,
    they will be allowed to take admission upon furnishing HSC results which should meet the minimum requirements for
    admission in the respective program.

    MBA & EMBA Must not have 3rd Division/ class in any public examination
    coordinator of MBA & EMBA Program
    One 1st class/ 1st Division
    Admission with the approval of the Co-coordinator
    MSc in Civil Engg 50% Marks or CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 in B. Sc Engineering
    of M. CE Program
    Must not have 3rd Division/ class in any public examination
    One 1st class/ 1st Division

    M.Sc. in CSE 50% Marks or CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 in B. Sc Engineering Admission with the approval of Head of Dept.

    Must not have 3rd Division/ class in any public examination


    MA in English
    Must not have 3rd Division/ class in any public examination Admission with the approval of Head of Dept.
    (1 year & 2 years)
    LL.M (Regular) Must not have 3rd Division/ class in any public examination Admission with the approval of Head of Dept.
    Master of Science
    For UAP Graduate: Must have CGPA 2.75 out of 4.00
    in Pharmaceutical Aptitude test & Admission with the approval of the
    Technology Co-coordinator of MS Pharm Tech Program
    For Other Universities Graduate : Must have CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
