Body Belts
Body Belts
DBI/SALA manufactures the most comfortable and
widest range of body belts you’ll find anywhere. For
example the three-inch body pads are designed
for comfort without sacrificing mobility. Our
body belts are easily customized to fit your body
and to fit your style of working. They are carefully
sewn with high strength bonded polyester thread at
5 to 7 stitches per inch and every component is
chosen for strength and durability.
Use body belts for inspection work, construction
and demolition, maintenance, oil production, and
any others activities where you need to be
restrained from a leading edge or where there is
NO possibility of a vertical free fall. Also, it is easy
to add a body belt to most harnesses for added
back support and versatility.
Remember, NEVER use body belts in situations
where there is any chance of a free fall!
Order all body belts by size.

Yes, every day, workers throughout the
world risk their lives to build the structures
we live in, work in, pass over and communi-
cate from. And, yes, like you and I, they
deserve the best protection available.
Dangerous situations are just a misstep or
mistake away, and when you are out there,
tired from a long day’s work, and your foot
slips; or when you are working in a harsh
environment where you can’t control the
dirt, the weather, falling debris – wearing
the BEST means you'll make it home that
night.
This catalog introduced DBI/SALA and our
wide range of safety equipment, from com-
plete fall protection and rescue systems, to
the components for those systems.
Because we design, engineer, manufacture,
test and inspect to standards that far
exceed the highest standards required by
the industry, you go to the job knowing
you’ve put your life in the hands of the
BEST.
The BEST means that every product pro-
duced and delivered meets or exceeds the
toughest standards required by the
Occupational Safety and Health
Association (OSHA) and the American
National Standards Institute (ANSI) and
the Canadian standards Association (CSA).
It means that every product and test is
verified by a qualified third party, such as
the Safety Equipment Institute (SEI); that it
is designed and produced in accordance
with ISO 9001 certification standards and
backed with “best in the industry” product
liability, support and training.
