MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION
1. Name of the Society :- ALL INDIA FLEXIBLE PACKAGING ASSOCIATION
2. Registered Office :- The office of the Society shall remain in the
National Capital Territory of Delhi and at present is at the following address:- --------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Aim and Object :- The aim and objects for which the Society is established are as under :-
(a) To promote reciprocal trade;
(b) To promote member business and social contacts on a regular basis; (c) To maintain professional ethics of their line of trade; (d) To minimize competition or to prevent cutthroat competition; (e) To project and extent trade as whole through legislation; (f) To ensure fair play by members, and ensure they provide safe and quality services; (g) To enable the industry to act as a unit, whether for co-operation with other interests or industries or for dealing with subjects which concern their section of industry as a whole; (h) To encourage and conduct research for trading and industry and any other profession connected therewith and for that purpose to establish, construct, promote, form and maintain testing institutions, laboratories, buildings, test houses, libraries, collection of models, designs, drawings, articles of interest and such other information. (i) To organise conferences, exhibitions, film shows, seminars, tours, delegations, etc. in India or abroad and to nominate delegates and advisers and to take steps this may promote and support the trade and industry and profession; (j) To nominate representatives of Association or Institution having similar or allied objects on the Committee or the Board of or Committee or Governing Body of other Associations and Institutions whenever invited to do so in the interest of the trade or industry; (k) All the income, earning, moveable, immovable properties of the societies shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aim and objects only set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past member of the society or to any person claiming through any or more of the present or past member. No member of society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit, whatsoever by virtue of his membership. (l) It shall be an absolutely no-profit no-loss association and entire corpus shall always be used for the benefit of the members/ Association and all earnings, if any, from any source shall be solely utilized for the welfare of the Association/ ALL INDIA FLEXIBLE PACKAGING ASSOCIATION only.
4. GOVERNING BODY : The names, addresses, occupations and designations of the
members of the governing body to whom the management of the society is entrusted as required under the section 2 of Societies Registration Act, 1860 as applicable to the Territory of INDIA area are as follows:-
