Purpose of the planning guidelines

COVID-19 is, first and foremost, a global humanitarian


challenge.

The purpose of this document is to provide a practical


guide to carry out operations at all plant and corporate
locations of Trident Group during and post Lockdown period
due to COVID-19 Outbreak.

This guide outlines the priority steps and actions to be


taken across all plant locations with utmost sincerity and
all the precautionary measures that need to be ensured by all
the stakeholders.

These Guidelines apply to all the following Scope
stakeholders

- All Employees
- Trainees -All office buildings;
- Visitors to Trident Group -Plant/ Factories, Project Sites of Trident Group
- Transporters
- Suppliers visiting Trident Group plants
- Customers visiting Trident Group plants
- Consultants
- Business Partners
Preparedness to Resume Work
Role of Communication
•Communication for obtaining necessary permissions from respective
regulatory bodies for resumption of normal operations to be made on time.
•Communication to all relevant external stakeholders
(customers, vendors & suppliers) on resumption and detailing the terms
of resumed operations.
•Communication to internal stakeholders on resumption of operations and
workforce deployment plans of respective departments.
•Display of information at all entrances, workplaces and common
spaces for protection and prevention awareness – social distancing and
other precautionary measures as per mandated guidelines.
•Advisories issued by Management from time to time to be widely circulated
& communicated to all employees.
•Confidence building was done amongst workforce required to perform
work at Plant Locations.
•Cross functional Team audits to ensure adherence to the advisories on
preventive steps taken to be done on regular basis by all teams.
Prepare for Resuming Work
Premises Sanitization
All areas/ locations in the premises including the following shall be sanitized
completely with the use of disinfectant mediums regularly.
Entrance Gates of all plants
Desks, Tables, assets that are frequently used like common systems,
desktops etc.
Meeting rooms, Training halls, Printer rooms, Staircases
Canteen areas, Pantry & kitchen areas
Parking Areas
Equipment having high touch surfaces like Turnstile gates, Machineries,
hand railings, Lifts/Elevators and their buttons, Panel rooms
Buses, Company Vehicles especially commonly used vehicles
Washrooms, Toilets, Sinks etc.
Guest Houses, Waiting & Lobby Areas

Appropriate protective equipment like PPEs , Gloves, Masks, Wipes


across all locations . Appropriate disinfecting equipment like sprayer, brush,
sanitizer, soaps etc. shall be made available at the workplace

How To Respond

Medical Support to our Members


1.Members who are unwell for a longer duration and shows early
symptoms should reach out to their closest medical practitioner for
consultation.Members who demonstrate any of the symptoms to be
tested on immediate basis.

2.Diagnosed member shall be given paid leave for at least 14 days or


as per Medical practitioner recommendation. Additionally, If any imme-
diate family member is diagnosed positive, the member shall be given
14 days of paid leave.

3.Members who have been in direct contact with any effected member
to report the same and must seek medical help and go in self-quaran-
tine. All support to be provided as suggested by the medical practi-
tioner.

4.Our doctors can be contacted through telecommunication and


conference call at all times.

5.Details of the doctors are also mentioned on the notice boards.
