The simplicity and straightforwardness of the
Old School Renaissance, captured an interesting
tendency in the gaming world.

When available, time became a hard to find


resource, the decrease on crunchyness and
return to more familiar and nostalgic system
grew. The campaigns start to decrease in length
unfortunately, but this led for a increasing
amount of players to develop faster and weirder
ways to play: lethality, randomness and focused
exploration.

We’re here to only hope that this keeps going,


is more than enough time for the creative and
expressive gamemasters and players to come out
of the hiding and share again with the world their
years of experience and solutions. We’re part of
that, and you might be one too. Always looking for
ideas, add-ons and unique paths for your play. So
here it is: this is an ode to the tabletop scene.

Stranger Foundry is an abstract company. We’re


not a publishers, writers, illustrators or even game
designers, but we’re all of them. The foundry is my
formalization of the homebrewing, taking it up a
level and making it available to the community. Our
commitment isn’t with a scheduled release date
or even with a product line. Is with exploration,
finding new and interesting paths and handing it
over to you, whatever they may be.

1 Centaural : +3 CON, 2 Movements per turn.
2 Arachnoid : +3 DEX, Climb and move on walls
3 More tentacles : +1 STR, +1 DEX, 1 attack damage, 4 attacks per turn if not taking a Movement Action.
4 Snakelike : +3 STR, constrict Nearby creatures with an STR Test, does 1d4 Damage per turn
5 Goatlike : +2 DEX, +1 CON, can leap two Distances every two turns in battle
6 Hovering : AV1, you can hover L meters above any surface

BODY
1 Leathery scale : AV1, heals 1 HP per Level per turn
2 Amphibious molusc : Breath on water and melee attacks against it have Disadvantage
3 Porcupine armor : AV3, 1d2 Damage on anything that touches you.
4 Vulture wings : Can fly and do an extra flying movement Action per turn
5 Venomous insectoid : AV2, ranged attacks against it have Disadvantage
6 Metallic armadillo : AV4

HEAD
1 Hell’s maw : 1d4 Nearby Creatures take 1d6 damage for each of the Spellcaster’s Levels,
refreshes after 2 turns.
2 Viper’s Bile : Can spit acid sludge that corrodes for Ld4 damage, refreshes after 2 turns.
3 Rakshasa’s bite : Can do an extra 1d4 bite attack that heals for the damage done
4 Behemoth’s horns : When moving Close to an enemy, you ram it for 1d8 damage and if you
succeed on STR Test it is knocked down
5 Medusa’s gaze : Turns a Nearby Creature into stone (or vice versa).
6 Two-headed : Roll for your Head two times, gain an extra Action per turn involving them.
