    Activity 2: Diagnostics
    Describe the current situation in your school in this time of pandemic where face to
    face classes have been suspended. You may share your personal experiences and
    views. You may offer solutions to these problems, at least, at your level as needed.

    Education is very important to every learner towards success. And in this time
    of pandemic, certain issues are very complicated in the school premises. We are living amidst
    what is potentially one of the greatest threats in our lifetime of global education, a gigantic
    educational crisis causing learners to be out of school.
    As an educator for almost 4 years I’ve learned different techniques towards student’s
    interests in any fields of educations. Students learned a lot with the presence of the teachers
    in the classroom and of course with the supervisions of the parents in their homes.
    Since face to face classes have been suspended in our school it is very hard for us as a
    teacher to facilitate learnings outside the school. We’re not able to cope up lessons, especially
    to those students with failing grades.
    At this moment all we can do is to monitor our students via online, but unfortunately
    not all of them are able to connect with us through the internet. Aside from this issue, we are
    looking ways for learnings to be delivered to their homes.
    Being a teacher we offer sacrifices to our students despite of this pandemic that we
    are facing right now, we make sure that nobody behind in this problem, so as part of our work
    we make modules, instructional materials, activity sheets for the students to learn from their
    homes. Aside from these materials the Department of Education offers DepEd COMMONS
    for the students.
    As we still looking for the fast recovery of our Dear Mother Earth in this time of
    pandemic and since we cannot kill the pandemic immediately on the positive part we can
    lessen the impact time to time as we follow the rules and regulations with self-discipline and
    cooperation for the sake of the children for future purposes.
