9700 Error Code

Stuck Keyboard Medium Display error code 1. The SpO2 display Stop operation.
contains “Err” in amber, and the Heart Rate
display contains “E01” in amber.
Sound Module Medium Display error code 2. The SpO2 display Stop operation.
Fault contains “Err” in amber, and the Heart Rate
display contains “E02” in amber.
Sound Module Medium Display error code 3. The SpO2 display Stop operation.
Communications contains “Err” in amber, and the Heart Rate
display contains “E03” in amber.
Oximeter Module Medium Display error code 4. The SpO2 display Stop operation.
Communications contains “Err” in amber, and the Heart Rate
display contains “E04” in amber.
Display Module Medium Display error code 5. The SpO2 display Stop operation.
Fault contains “Err” in amber, and the Heart Rate
display contains “E05” in amber.
External Flash Medium Display error code 6. The SpO2 display Stop operation.
Memory Alarm – contains “Err” in amber, and the Heart Rate
Memory Non- display contains “E06” in amber.
Functional
External Flash Medium Display error code 9. The SpO2 display Stop operation.
Memory Alarm - contains “Err” in amber, and the Heart Rate
Patient Data display contains “E09” in amber.
Storage/Retrieval

Typically error codes issues will have to come back to us for repair.
The only exceptions are error 06 & 09 these can be cleared by doing a factory clear function.

Press and hold the (+) and (-) buttons then momentarily press the
On/Standby button and turn the unit on. Keep the
(+) and (-) buttons held until the 7 segment displays are lit, then
release the (+) and (-) buttons, then immediately press and hold the
Alarm Silence button, prior to the 'REV' being displayed. Verify
'dnE CLR' is output on the seven segment displays. Release the
Alarm Silence button.
