2nd of February 2017 to 20 August 2019 – Admin Officer and Query Clerk at TS Legal Services Holdings in
Braamfontein, based at the Municipality of Brakpan

Attend to incoming customer calls and walk-in customer queries.

Attend to collections consultants query on a daily basis, or escalate matters to Municipality Sections e.g Billing,
Water metre and Electricity Sections.

Prepare legal documents, and Daily and Weekly Reports.

Ensure all accounts attended to is captured on the progress report on a daily basis.

Ensure walk-in customers sign AOD and completes updating of Customers information.

Submit all AOD’s and updated information forms to Team Leader/Supervisor.

Secure adequate payment arrangements to assist Call Centre Agents for monthly targets.

Contact and negotiate settlements and fixed arrangements with debtors.
