1) FOR PROCESS DATA AND DESIGN CONDITIONS, SEE I-FD-3010.97-1233-451-P4X-001 – MOLECULAR
SIEVE INLET GAS HEATER (P-1233002).CONSIDERING 01 UNIT @ 100%.

2) THE WEIGHTS SHOWN ARE ESTIMATED.

3) MATERIALS (ISO 15156 / NACE MR-0175 for sour service GAS SIDE):

• TUBES: SA-789 S31803

• SHELL: SA-516 Gr.70N + 3mm C.A.

• STATIONARY HEAD: SA-264 (SA 516 Gr. 70 + CLAD S31803)

• TUBESHEET STATIONARY: SA-182 Gr.F51 S31803

• CHANNEL COVER: SA-182 S31803

• BAFFLES: SA-516 Gr.70N

4) THE INLET BAFFLE SPACING IS ESTIMATED AND SHALL BE CONFIRMED BY MANUFACTURER.

5) BAFFLE TUBE HOLE DIAMETER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE OD OF THE TUBE PLUS 0,40 MM.

6) THE EQUIPMENT PRESSURE RATING NOZZLE SPECIFICATION SHALL BE COMPATIBLE TO THE PIPING
LINE WHICH IT WILL BE CONNECTED.

7) SHELL & TUBE GAS COOLER EXCHANGER MUST BE IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH I-ET-3010.90-1200-540-
PPC-001 – REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESSURE VESSELS DESIGN, WITH I-ET-3010.90-1200-540-PPC-002 –
REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESSURE VESSELS FABRICATION AND I-ET-3010.90-1200-451-PPC-001 - SHELL
& TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER SPECIFICATION.

8) ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SUITABLE FOR OPERATION IN A ZONE 2, GAS GROUP IIA, TEMPERATURE
CLASS T3 CLASSIFIED AREA AND SHALL BE CERTIFIED.

9) POSSIBLE CONTACTS BETWEEN STAINLESS STEEL PARTS AND CARBON STEEL PARTS SHALL BE
ELECTRICALLY ISOLATED TO AVOID GALVANIC CORROSION.

10) MECHANICAL DESIGN SHALL BE VERIFIED BY ASME VIII DIV 1.

11) THERMAL INSULATION ACCORDING TO I-ET-3010.90-1000-431-PSQ-001:


SHELL SIDE: ENERGY CONSERVATION.
TUBE SIDE: ENERGY CONSERVATION.
INSULATION SHALL BE OF NON HYGROSCOPIC MATERIAL.

12) BY MANUFACTURER AND ACCORDING TO I-ET-3010.90-1200-540-PPC-001 – REQUIREMENTS FOR


PRESSURE VESSELS DESIGN.

13) PAINTING SHALL CONFORM TO I-ET-3010.90-1200-956-PPC-006 – GENERAL PAINTING.
