Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the trailing mail dated 02.07.2020 wherein it was informed the
requisitioned data relating to the CAE bills is readily available with you in the CFM office.

As such, it is submitted that we, some of the residents, wish to inspect the same this Sunday i.e.
on 19.07.2020 and hence request you to kindly confirm the same so as we may visit the CFM
office accordingly. For your ready reference, the data to be accessed/ inspected (as requested)
shall be as under:-
