    AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE


    HUNDRED MILLION PESOS [P500,000,000.00), REFERRED
    HERETO AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 FOR CALENDAR
    YEAR 2015 OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF VALENZUELA,
    METRO MANILA WHICH SHALL BE TAKEN FROM THE IOAN

    Be it ORDAINED by the City Council of Valenzuela City, Metro Manila,

    AMOUNT Of FIVE HUNDRED IVILLION PESOS
    (P500,000,000.00) be appropriated as Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the City
    Government of Valenzuela, Metro Manila for Calendar Year 2015 duly certified
    by the City Treasurer as funds actually available for appropriation.

    The herein appropriations of funds represents budgetary support for the


    continued operations of various departments/offices and obligations of the
    City Government of Valenzuela, Metro Manila for which the following sums are
    provided by classifi cation.

    SECTION 2. The budgetary expenditures herein proposed shall


    comply with the existing rules, regulations and other pertinent laws pertaining
    to local budgeting.
    SECTION 3.
    The aggregate amount appropriated herein shall not
    exceed from loan proceeds actually available for appropriation.

    SECTION 4. All funds appropriated for functions, projects and


    activities shall be released and used exclusively for t}te specific purposes for
    which they have been authorized.
    sEcrloN 5. Iffor any reason or other, any part ofprovision ofthis
    ordinance shall be held unconstitutional or invalid, those parts or provisions
    hereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and
    effect.

    SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon


    approval.
