Greeting of peace!
I have heard from a reliable source that the Dr. Aurelio Mendoza Memorial Colleges is in need
of a part time psychology teacher. I am writing this letter to express my interest in the said
position. I am Khimberly Xylem B. Ortiz, a BS Psychology graduate of Mindanao State
University-Iligan Institute of Technology, Iligan City and currently residing at Veterans Village,
Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. I believe that I am qualified for the desired position, together with my

I have been working for 2 years as a teacher and guidance counselor for both senior high school
and college. Throughout this period, I gained experience dealing with different personalities of
students and also in my work place. This enables me to be versatile in handling endeavors and
work under pressure. I have good communication skills and also literate with computers
including google classroom for online classes as we are currently adapting to the new norm
