The Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the university is organizing a one week online faculty development program from May 25th to 30th 2020 on introduction to artificial intelligence and machine learning. The program will consist of daily sessions from 4:30 to 6 PM covering topics such as machine learning algorithms like decision trees, naive bayes classifier, regression, KNN, K-means and PCA. Later topics will include computer vision, convolutional neural networks and machine learning on cloud platforms with case studies of Amazon Recognition, Transcribe and SageMaker.
