Mr. Austin Grey is thirty-six (36) year old business man who is married with
two children. He was diagnosed by his doctor as having Pulmonary
Tuberculosis. Mr. Grey has a history of alcoholism for the past five (5)
years.

You are the nurse in charge of a male surgical ward. One of the patients
Edward Bisden 17 years old is a known footballer who played on the
National team. He has had an above knee amputation following a motor
vehicle accident

actual disfigurement.

Carrie was evaluated by the gynecologist who ordered that she be prepared
for emergency surgery, since her general condition was deteriorating
rapidly.
