Gantry CNC cutting machine-MASTER series - regular maintenance:


In order to keep the cutting machine in good condition and working, the user has to carry out the regular
maintenance as follows:

ȜN1ȝǺIt’s strictly forbidden to apply high-viscosity grease on the rack and pinion, due to the
high-viscosity grease will cause the dust / particle of material stick together with grease and this
will cause abnormal wearing of rack / pinion. For maintenance of the rack and pinion, clean the
surface and apply anti-rust grease (Lubrication grease SD40 or #32 is recommended). Use an oil
cloth with SD40 / or #32 oil and apply on the rack / pinion for anti-rust purpose.

ȜN2ȝǺRenew the lubrication oil of the precision worn reducer yearly. The lubrication-oil designated no. is
Tivela WB (per unit 0.3 Lit) and the renewing job is carried out by ProArc’s customer service
department or its agent / domestic distributor.

ȜN3ȝǺSelf-lubrication felt will be worn out due to dust / particle after 6 months running, please renew
the felt according to the check-points list to prevent other components be damaged abnormally.

The felt part no.:

MASTER XXS (single side drive)

Longitudinal axis carriage felt: P 34-521.19.1 *4 PCS

MASTER XX (dual side drive)

Longitudinal axis carriage felt: P 34-521.18 *8 PCS (Side)

P 34-521.19 *4 PCS (Top)

MASTER UBD unit felt: P 34-172.05 *8PCS

ǺAccording to the DIN/JIS stipulation, as a routine job, it is advisable to re-correct the level / parallel
/ linearity of rail every year.

Please re-correct the level / parallel / linearity of the rail every year and follow the DIN8523
regulations to ensure the equipment would maintain its precision condition.

The re-correction job will be carried out by ProArc’s customer service department or its agent /
domestic distributor.

ȜN5ȝ
ǺLeakage test - the leakage test is a safety test for the cutting gas piping, connector …etc. After test,
user could make estimation for changing the piping, connector, regulator….etc. for safety reason.

The Leakage-test will be carried out by ProArc’s customer service department its agent / domestic
distributor.
