a wonderful opportunity to make a Dissertation on the topic entitled “Privacy Issues In
Electronic Commerce From Consumer’s Perspective- A Comparative Analysis Of India And
USA” which involves such an interesting discussion on Indian and USA laws regarding the
protection of consumer’s privacy in electronic commerce. It has indeed enhanced my knowledge
and also widened the scope of my study. I would like to thank her for her exemplary guidance,
monitoring and constant encouragement throughout the course of this research.

I also take this opportunity to express a deep sense of gratitude to my friends Jagrati Vasuniya,
