1.0 Objective / Introduction


XXX IT Services has established an IT Service Management Organization. Objective of this
organization is to ensure IT services are able to provide efficient and seamless services to all
its users

2.0 Scope
The scope of the ensuing document is to detail the Information Technology Service
Management structure. This document shall be modified as and when there is a significant
change in the information technology landscape or in the organization structure.
