Ansaldo SFC with High Generator

We are working on GE gas turbine 6FA with Ansaldo SFC unit. We are not able to start the unit due to high
Generator Voltage indication in the panel meter of 2500V. All the interface input to the unit was isolated but still
reading 2500 V at standstill. What checks we can do to solve the issue and any advise where to get spare cards
ATAV01 & APROTB of the SFC.

Benpin,
I Worked on several LCI/SFC made by ALSTOM, GE,ABB,SIEMENS .
We can try to support you with following comments :
1-Can you provide a SLD ( single line diagram)
2-What kind of interface are you referring to ? Auxiliary /GSU/ Step up Transformer/Gas turbine control system ?
3-Is there any error message on SFC / HMI/Touch panel?..
4-Where the reading of 2500V come from ( HMI,Gas turbine control system? ..)
5-Did you read OEM manual? and check if there is any information related to the issue?
Getting "False live voltage reading" as you stated that" All the interface input to the unit was isolated" can be
sometimes coming from unhealthy sensor or comm failure between devices, or can be due to unidentified
fault...
