Important Notes:
i All taxes and duties -GST, Duties , Freight, Levies , Mathadi as applicable are extra on above costing. GST will be applicable as per Govt directives.
ii Electricity, water supply & lift supply by client. Water and Power supply at one point to be provided by the client for entire duration of project activities .
iii The above cost is based on Preliminary design and proposed layout as received from client and is subjected to vary in case of change in design layout/ details/ makes/ specifications / quantities.
iv The above cost/s do not include any/all expenses needed to be incurred for base building works i.e. Power supply to premises, Aluminium windows, External lift lobby finishes, staircase floor and wall finishes
and expenses for Securing Statutory Approvals etc.
v The costing is based on assumption that a completely levelled and clean site shall be given to contractor for execution.
B Specifically excluded are:
1 Contingencies
2 Diesel Generator, Audio Visual works , Access Control & CCTV ,E P A B X ,IT/ Networking ( Active & Passive ),UPS and Batteries, IBMS, Server / HVAC high side
3 Fit out of Common passage/lift lobby / Staircases, Refuge area . External plumbing works.
4 Kitchen equipments , White goods ,GYM equipments, Façade works
5 Artwork and Artefacts, Landscaping /Plants
6 VESDA, HSSD , Gas suppression system NOVEC 1230
7 Add more items - as per project scope
