1. Activity description
Check out and study the online content of the B1 level of the Unit 2, module 5 and
Module 6 which are located in the E-book of Learning Environment.
Stage 1: Develop the module activities.
Send and share the 4 screenshots of the activity of module 5 in the Discussion Forum -
Unit 2 - Task 4 - Speaking task forum and practice session.
Stage 2. Record a video.
Think and choose an unusual situation you have had in your live, it can be good or bad,
and talk about your experience using sentences in present perfect. (The situation can be
to ride a horse, jump out of a plane with a parachute, go to a foreign country, eat octopus
or rat, surf high waves, sep etc).
This situation has to be showed through a video, with unless 6 sentences with the
recommended structure. Take into account that verbs must be in past participle.
You can record the video with the tool that you decide (cellphone, camera, computer) and
to upload it to You tube, vimeo, loom, screencast or any tool that allows you to do it, with
the purpose to obtain a link.
Each student, individually must publish his/her link video in the forum. You don´t have to
upload files to the forum, you only send the link, with a short explanation about what
about is his/her experience. So your teacher and partners can watch it and send to you
the feedback.
Stage 4: feedback
Each student must send his/her feedback to his/her partners video in the collaborative
forum. It must help to improve the contributions and help to correct the mistakes. Each
student must send at least one feedback.
Stage 6: Interview
Each tutor will send a drive file to the students by internal mail of the course, in which
each student has to register previously to present an interview with his/her tutor by skype.
For this interview the student has to register previously, choose a date and an hour in
which he/she will develop the interview.
Each student has to have skype count and write it in the drive file sent by the tutor.
In the interview each student has talk about the experience he/she has recorded and has
sent by the forum, and he/she must answer questions about the experience that the
teacher will do to the student.
Take into account that all individual or group written work must fulfil
with the orthographic rules and presentation conditions that have been
defined.
Concerning the use of references, consider that the requested work in
this activity must fulfil with the standards APA
In any case, the standards of reference must be complied. Academic
plagiarism must be avoided. Students can support the written
products by using the Turnitin tool found on the virtual campus.
Consider that In the agreement 029 of December 13, 2013, article 99,
it is considered as offenses that undermine the academic order,
among others, the following: literal e) “Plagiarism, that is, submitting
as of its own authorship the all or part of a work, document or
invention made by another person.
The academic sanctions the student will face are the following:
Second evaluation High level: The student participates in the collaborative forum,
standard sending the screenshots about the activities of module 5,
(Criterion): applying the contents of the unit, besides the student send the
Participation & feedback to his/her partners. The student participates in the
interaction interview with good preparation.
