Approval for vehicle hiring

1. Background / Introduction: -
Adani Gas Limited (AGL) has won 13 new GA’s after completion of 9 th round of PNGRB bidding. Project activities
have been started. To manage day to day related activities, like Liasoning and coordination with local authorities we
require vehicles at Tiruppur.

2. Main Body: -
To kick-start the project we need to apply for permissions with various authorities and start the activities across the
Tiruppur GA. Looking to the requirement we need to hire the vehicles to accomplish the targets at the said GA. Initially
we require 1 no. vehicle for this GA based in Tamilnadu state as per details tabulated below:

Duty Hours 12 hrs. for 365 days
Service Locations Tiruppur
Fix Cost Rs. 40,000/- + GST for 2500 kms
(including Driver, Fuel, Maintenance & Insurance)
Variable Toll + Parking + Border Tax (as per actual)
Extra (After 2500 kms) Rs. 10/- per kms
Contract Period Initially upto 31st March 2020; w.e.f. 01.01.2020 to 31.03.2020
Vendor M/s. Jaslin Tours and Travels
Notice Period 1 month either side (in case of any dispute)
Tentative Cost upto Rs. 1.20 lacs (Fix: 1.20 + Extra 25 thousand, excluding Tax, considered 1
31.03.2020 vehicle)
Driver conveyance Extra Time: Rs 60/Hr, Night halt: Rs.720/day, Outstation: Rs 250/day

4. Recommendation: - As there is difficulty in finding the vendor willing to provide the service without advance
complying to the T&C, we have been nominating M/s Jaslin Tours and Travels who is ready to provide the
service agreeing to our T&C. Contract may award to the vendor as per above tabulated details
