Note:

A sum of Rs.200/- for Local Audition and Rs.300/- for MAB Audition should be
remitted to the Station Director, All India Radio, Thiruvananthapuram-695 014 by Money
Order and the particulars thereof given against Sl.No.12 above. This fee will not be refunded
under any circumstances.

I abide by the Rules of the Audition. Incase of Up-Gradation MAB will have the Right to
weed me out if any performance is not up to the mark.

I note that any form of canvassing on my part of in my favour will disqualify me from
Audition.

I also note that if I fail to appear in the audition on the day specified to me by the Station
Director, I would be treated as having been disqualified by the Audition Board and will forfeit
the application fee which I am sending along with the application. I will be required to submit a
fresh application with prescribed fee once again.
