Mr. Smith: Good morning, Mr. Peña?

Peña: Yes sir, good morning

Mr. Smith: Nice to meet you, I'm Hector Fabio Smith, Head of Human Resources at Art &
Design. Thank you for your time and for applying for this interview, Mr. Peña.

Peña: Thank you for choosing my resume and considering linking me to your project.

Mr. Smith: Well, Mr. Peña. How do you find out about the job offer and you know about
the vacancy offered?

Peña: I received an email, from the SENA job market.

It is a full-time and duration work of 18 months, estimated project time, the


profile of the position is that of illustrator for the processes of animation and
character creation.

Its offices and studios are located on the third floor of the Buga Chamber of
Commerce building.

Mr. Smith: That's right, let me give you the information about the vacancy.

Peña: All right, thank you

Mr. Smith: To fill office the company is offering a basic salary of $750 for a month's
probationary period and then a salary of $850 until the end of the contract,
which has an estimated time of 18 months, this salary will be adjustable
according to company policies.

The schedule of the day will be from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday, for a 48 hours per week. This position includes health insurance
benefits for you. And his family group.

Do you have any questions so far?

Peña: Yes, can I change my work schedule one day a week to fulfill studies that I do
and are nearing completion? This would not alter the workday because it
would only adjust the schedule of the day and complete the 48 hours per
week.

Mr. Smith: Okay, I don't see a problem. Do you have any other questions?

Peña: No, everything is right.

Mr. Smith: Ok. being all clear, are you still interested in the job offer?

Peña: Yes, of course, I'd like to work in your company.


Mr. Smith: All right, now tell me about yourself.

Peña: I am Colombian, with a family comprising four brothers, professionals in


different fields, I studied electronics and communications at the University of
the Valle, I'm studying multimedia production at SENA, and I am increasingly
trained in the themes of illustration. In my spare time, I like to listen to music,
practice jogging and watch animated movies.

Mr. Smith: In your resume you say you served as FreeLancer, tell me about it.

Peña: Ok. I worked on some private projects to develop illustrations of children's


stories, illustration for fabric stamping companies, of which I attach images of
some of the projects developed for different companies.

Mr. Smith: About acquired personal and professional skills, what can you tell me?

Peña: Yes sir, I like to work as a team, I can work on a work schedule, I manage the
programs and applications related to illustration, I get involved in the
development of the project.

I manage different applications like Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,


Skype for Business, Publisher, Illustrator, Photoshop, I have Competition in a
foreign language and computer programming.

Mr. Smith: Why do you want to work in our company?

Peña: Because I see the opportunity to apply my knowledge and gain experience in
the subject that I am passionate about as is animation and because I consider
this to be a great project.

Mr. Smith: I think that's all for the moment, via email we will send you next week our
decision, let me thank you for your time and for applying to this vacancy.

Peña: Thank you for this interview.

Mr. Smith: Good morning, Mr. Peña.

Peña: Good morning, Mr. Smith, thank you very much, I will be attentive to your
