    This contract defines that the contractor has agreed to work on the above-mentioned company’s
    premises i.e. Textile & Living, F304, Sector- 63, Noida, U.P. or any other premises of the
    company under following Terms and Condition.
     Notify about the attachments and materials required before production
     Work force is not allowed to roam abound in the premises
     Gutkha, Cigrette or Bidi is strictly not allowed in the company premises, if found a FINE
    of Rs. 500 will be charged to the contractor
     All the work force has to follow the strict in timings i.e. 9:30 am
     Payment dates: -
    o 10th of every month for which pieces has to be deposited till 1st of every month
    o 25th of every month for which pieces has to be submitted till 16th of every month
     Company will directly make the payment to the contractor and contractor is LIABLE to pay
    the workforce on the given dates
     Agreement is to produce any style with no regard to the number of pieces per style
     Delivery date has to be followed strictly
     Alterations need to be taken care by the contractor, company is not liable or will add any
    manpower for those alteration
