in providing MARINE SERVICES to companies from the OIL & GAS and MINING
industry as well as their support services contractors.
EMP provides comprehensive solution and services package covering Terminal

Operation and Maintenance, Offshore Marine Support, Shipping Management and
Manning Services, Marine Consultancy and Ship Survey.

1. Terminal Operation and Maintenance

• Manning and Operation Services, i.e. mooring crew, marine dispatcher, radio
operator and marine traffic controller..
• Stevedoring and Cargodoring Services.
• Jetty Care, Maintenance and Repair.
• Navigation Aid and Mooring Buoy Installation, Maintenance and Repair.
• Underwater structure integrity inspection.
2. Shipping Management and Manning Services

• Manage the operation and maintenance of the vessel with the best practical
and cost efficient.
• Provision of vessel crew for each type of vessel and it mission.
• Provide provision and general services for vessel and crew on board.
3. Marine Consultancy and Ship Survey

• Provide marine consultancy and solutions as planner and executor for
marine and offshore industrial practice, i.e. vessel readiness, marine and
terminal best practice, rig mover and mooring master.
• Provide planning, feasibility and costs studies, road surveys and vessels
inspection to ensure that most adequate choice for each typical mission as
owner requirement.
• Provide training package for marine terminal operation and maintenance.
4. Marine and Logistic Services

In cooperation with Energy Logistic Group, we provide the best solution for your
marine and logistic services.
• Provision of vessel charterer with many type of requirement i.e. LCT, Cargo
Vessels, Tugs and Barges including technical supervision of the operations.
• Provision of logistic services for owner needs i.e. storage area, door to door
service, freight forwarding, project cargo, heavy lift cargo handling, etc.
• Provision of Port Agency including to Port berthing and shifting
arrangements, Cargo arrangements, Masters' requirements, Ships
documentation, Surveys, Port Disbursements, Cargo delivery and claims.
• Provision of Vessel and Equipment Importation / Exportation process
including IPKA process with the Department of Sea Communication
(SEACOM), Customs clearance under Master List or temporary import
permit (OB 23), Re-exportation after completion of project or transfer to a
new project.
