Our attachment style is essentially the subconscious set of rules we use to relate to
others. It is based on the early patterns we were exposed to and the beliefs we
formed about what love is, how it works and what our role is in interpersonal
relationships. Our attachment style is one of the single greatest predictors as to
whether our romantic relationships will work or not. It also plays a massive role in our
friendships, family relationship and even professional relationships!

insecurely attached. The characteristics of this attachment style are:
