THE COMPANY
Nebulous Digital Services is a technological company
having expertise in web design, cybersecurity and
blockchain technology. It is a 100% Mauritian start up
incorporated in 2018 with the sole objective of disrupting
the market in its field by providing cutting egde
solutions for its customers.

PROJECT BACKGROUND
The project would involve creating a dynamic website for Bridges Llc, a
law firm based in Mauritius. The project involves designing a professional
website (preferably a one pager) with a contemporary approach. The
design would include subtle interface with smooth transitioning within
the page. It would convey all the required information the client
subsequently request.
Nebulous would be in charge of building the back end and front end of
the website. This project would involve constant fine tuning within the
project timeframe to meet the standards required from the client.

services which are detailed in the table below. The quotation is valid until the 19th of May
2019 and be accepted at any time prior to that date.

The project can be started within two weeks of order confirmation. Website content such as
text, images, videos and sounds (if any) must be provided digitally 4 days prior expected
starting date.

Budget

The presented quotation is based on the requirement and functionalities of this project
proposal, the client hereby involved; Bridges Llc. Any changes in the project scope will have
an impact on the planning hence the quoted price.

Sales Terms and Conditions

Payment terms All prices are in Rupee ex VAT.

Website development -
Project start: 50 % of website development upon signature
Balance: On delivery of final development as per agreed project scope

Contracts:
Hosting / Support & Assistance / Service Level Agreement / Additional development / Domain
name / Email: 100% upon signing order.
Renewal: Yearly, payable in advance.
