Precaution

1) Tripod should be adjusted to approximate the chest level of surveyor in order to ease
the process of readings.
2) Levelling screw should be tighten and fastened before the start of survey.
3) Bubble should be centred and re-check throughout the survey to avoid obtaining
inaccurate result.
4) Staff should be checked such as no zero before the survey starts.
5) Bubble should be used to ensure vertical upright of the staff
6) Staff and tripod should be avoid from placing on soft mud area.
7) Legs of tripod must be drive into the earth to ensure the stability of the Auto level.
8) Data should be carefully recorded on the field book
9) Auto level should be handled and shifted carefully from station to station.
10) Sets of equipment must be brought along while moving to others station.
