RATIONALE
Our country and the world at large are facing new challenges brought
about by this unforeseen public health crisis. COVID-19 pandemic is a case in
point and preparing for a pandemic is challenging because of a multitude of
factors, many of which are unique among natural disasters, given the economic
pain and burden to the lives of people. This pandemic is a tough challenge to
the presents technical, diplomatic and budgetary obstacles as well as demanding
partnerships between public and private sectors. In addition, building pandemic
situational awareness is complex, requiring coordination across bureaucracies,
public and private sectors, that is supported by adequate coordination system is
a fundamental need.
The school LCP which lays down the ground work for education to
continue during this pandemic. San Andres NHS aims to provide opportunities
for education leaders and mentors to strengthen their capabilities in aiding our
learners in the continuity on the delivery of the K-12 Curriculum.
School leaders must address the significant knowledge gaps that exist
regarding educational preparedness and responses, bridging the gaps can
improve preparedness and response through-evidence-based decision making
and support efforts to employ learning continuity to learners.

School Profile
San Andres National High School, the fountain of truth and wisdom,
SBM Level III school composed of 23 teachers and 1 school head. For this
S.Y. 2020, the school adopt the New Normal to attain the continuity of K-12
Curriculum to the learners.
The current partial enrolment for this opening of classes has a total of
548 learners population with 279 male and 269 female.
Learning Modalities
San Andres National High School will implement the Modular Distant
Learning (MDL) to all learners. The school ensure the application of MDL-
Modular Distance Learning in order to deliver the continuity of teaching
learning process despite of the global crisis.
During the retrieval of worksheets, the school head ensure the proper
social distancing among teachers and wearing of facemasks for teachers’
safety.
