SIR:

Greetings of love and peace!

We, the teachers of San Nicolas National High School - Pilar, will be conducting a Promenade Ball for Grade 9
and Grade 10 learners to be held here in our school on February 28, 2020.

The conduct of the said activity has been a culture here in our school which our learners look forward to attend.
This will develop self-esteem, personal, and social skills and manners of our learners.

The conduct of the said activity is subject to No Collection Policy which is enclosed in DepEd Order No. 41, s.

catering service despite of the announcement from the Division Office that there must be no contribution for the
part of the parents to this affair due to super typhoon Ursula. Also, participation to this event is voluntary.

The Promenade Ball will start at exactly 5:00 PM and will end earlier but not later than 9:00 PM. We have
ensured the safety of each learners by requesting security assistance from the Barangay CVO. Alongside,
attached herewith is the Mayor’s Permit that allows us to conduct but should abide the Municipal Ordinances
pertaining security, peace and order, the minutes and attendance of the PTA Conference, the pictures,
program and letter to the parents.

Alongside, Participation to this activity is subject to no-disruption-of-classes policy as stated in DepEd No. 9, s.
2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engage in Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.

With this letter, we would like to ask permission from your honorable office to conduct this activity.

We are hoping for you favorable and immediate approval.

God bless us in hundred folds!

Respectfully yours,
