Instructions for color use

1a The color system is to make visual analysis of your schedule easy to yourself and any user. They are light colors th
1b The color system allows easy analysis of your data as one of the alternative methods. The color=numeric code ha
1c Use the exact color depending on your schedule situation which must be within the above color descriptions.
1d Now filter the column with your name or code and you will see two rows.
Leave/Sick-off
1e For Leave you will type Leave and color Sky blue. Corresponding timesheet will thus read 0.
Sick off follows the same formulae. You will color Sky blue and write Sick-off in 1st row and 2nd row enter 0.

2a All cells are blank. You thus proceed as follows:
2b Use the data filter to select your name or auditor code. You now see 2 rows with your name+code tallying in both r

3a When you are booked for an audit/job yet to be confirmed proceed as follows
Use the data filter to select your name/ Auditor code to bring the 1st row of Audit Schedule and 2nd row of Timesh
- Select the appropriate cell of the day/date that shows the duration of the audit
- Type the name of the client as per the examples in 2c above e.g. 'Mellech Engineering Ltd. 9k Gap audit'
- Select the appropriate cells and color light yellow. This is what strongly shows that you are booked.
- For this scenario, do not enter figures of timesheets until, the Jobs have been confirmed and you have been notif
- If the bookings changed, update your schedule by deleting the information to blank and remove the color.

4a All cells are blank. You thus proceed as follows:
- All training jobs are booked in advance. Select appropriate cell of the day/date that shows the duration of the train

Holiday/Sunday

5a All Sunday cells are colored Lime. Thus for any declared office day out of Holiday, you proceed as follows:
-Select the appropriate cell of the day/date that shows the duration of the Holiday and color lime. Write the holiday
- If you are claiming a holiday, write claim/holiday name e.g. Claim/Mashujaa Day' On the timesheet row, enter 0.
