Dear Mr PHAN
Congratulations. I am delighted to offer you admission to Monash University as an international student. You
have received a conditional offer into the Bachelor of Technology (Infrastructure - Design, Construction
and Management). The conditions you need to meet to convert your offer to a full offer are listed on your offer
statement, which is attached.
The Offer Statement included with this letter of offer contains important information about your offer and
outlines all fees and charges that will apply. You will need to refer to information on your Offer Statement to fill
out your Acceptance Form.
The How to accept your offer guide included with this letter of offer gives step-by-step instructions about how to
accept your offer using the Acceptance Form. It highlights the three important steps for international students to
become a student at Monash — accept your offer, organise your visa, and plan your commencement.
As part of accepting your offer, you will need to pay the deposit amount indicated in the “To accept your offer”
section of your Offer Statement. Your Acceptance Form and payment must be received prior to the offer lapse
date indicated on your Offer Statement. After the lapse date, an offer extension may not be possible if all places
in your course are filled.
Once again, congratulations on gaining entry to Monash. For further information about your courses and
subjects, visit www.monash.edu/pubs/handbooks. We advise all international students to arrive at least two
weeks before the start of semester to settle in and attend orientation.
We look forward to seeing you commence your journey towards a successful career, with a Monash

Yours sincerely
