    Greetings in the name of Student Service!

    The entity of Bislig Campus Student Council (BCSC) – Supreme Student Government being the highest
    governing student body leading approximately 800 influential and socially active USePians and SDSSUans around
    Surigao del Sur and neighboring provinces, of the University of Southeastern Philippines, Surigao del Sur State
    University – Bislig Campus, will be spearheading the USeP/SDSSU – Bislig Foundation Day and Intramurals 2020 at
    the USeP/SDSSU – Bislig Campus Grounds and Covered Court. The grand occasion will start by 8:00 am and will
    conclude by 6:00 pm each day from February 18-19, 2020. USeP/SDSSU – Bislig being the most influential and
    leading tertiary education provider in the City of Bislig, shall promote and enhance the whole-being of its member
    USePians/SDSSUans by way of socialization, sports and recreation, literary and musical race during the activity.

    With the implementation of RA 10931 or “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act”, the council is
    prohibited to collect any amount of money to the students, thus causing financial constraints to the council to
    spearhead event. In this connection, the undersigned would like to ask your benevolent and generous heart to support
    this one of a kind affair. We would like to borrow your festival flaglets as part of the preparation for the event. This is
    deemed necessary for it will add colors to the celebration of the Intramurals and Foundation Day.

    We look forward for your favorable response and continued support. Rest assured that we will extend credit to
    your good office for the support you had rendered in the name of student service.
