Objectives: At the end of practical laboratory, students should be able:

1. To Drawing wiring diagram and using wiring tools.

2. To draw schematic diagram.
3. To do testing and inspections related to the wiring.
i. Physical testing
ii. Testing without power supply
iii. Testing with power supply

Tools: Materials:
1. Side Cutter 1.Single Core PVC,(black and green 3/0.737mm)
2. Tack Hammer 2.Screw,Tack Shoes,Plumbum
3. Combination Plier 3.Three Pin Plug
4. Test Pen 4.Lamb Holder
5. Screw Driver 5.2 Way Switch with base
6. Multimeter

Procedures:
A. Before wiring installation

1. Draw schematic wiring diagram for circuit above

2. Make estimation for cable length, clip and shoe tack
3. Sketch the wiring route on the wiring board
4. Cut the cable based on the length, colour and size

B.During wiring installation

1. Strip the end of each cable.
2. String the cable using suitable tool.
3. Install the wiring clip on wiring route within appropriate distance.
4. Install the cable follows the sequence.
5. Mark the end of cable (live and neutral) to avoid confusion during cable
connection.
6. Install the lamp base for mentol and casing base for switch.
7. Make sure the cable polarity is correct. Any mistakes because polarity will
cause dangerous.
8. Connect the source of the wiring installation to AC supply in consumer box.

C. Testing and Inspections the circuit.

1. Do physical test and visual test.
2. Used Megger Ohm Tester for insulation test.
