Description: One Touch Point (OTP) is a state of art e-commerce solution which aims to integrate
the entire manual and semi automated back office process of a Travel agency with
single front end application. This system will allow the agency or call centre users to
make corporate or leisure related flight, hotel, car, insurance bookings online and
manage package, visa, passport and rail related requests by streamlining their
processes across their respective branch office throughout India with a web based
solution.
OneTouch will be the front end for all B2B/corporate sales (B2E), Self Booking Tool
(SBT) and B2C sales of ITH. Currently ITH uses different booking systems for Air,
Leisure travel, Car, Insurance, Hotel and Rail booking and services. OneTouch will
provide a single interface for all the bookings or booking requests enabling user to
cross sell. It will create bookings/requests on respective backend CRS systems. It will
leverage upon the available functionality of ITH inhouse back-office systems by
interfacing with these systems.

Description: This is an onsite UK Project for Thomson (TUI) UK Client. MQ Hub (Enterprises MQ
Series IBM Product) its work with 14 travel systems as TRACS, IFR (onBOS), OSCAR,
TOLCICS, OSCAR, RBS, AMOS, SPS etc for 4 modules as AP, AR, CM AND GL. The
main objective of this Enterprises MQ series is business uses Oracle Applications
mainly for financial accounting. Transactions like customer compensations, hotel
bookings, etc happen outside the oracle applications. The data related to them is
available at legacy systems (applications other than Oracle Applications). But this data
need to be available in oracle applications for the business accounting and MQ is used
as a middle tier for this, where it takes the data from the Legacy systems and stores in

oracle applications. In Enterprises MQ hub, once XML is going to feed in MQ, there
ere many bugs we need to find out the reason why these bugs are coming and where
and also provide a solution how can we remove these bugs and remove these bugs.
There are specific XML format defined for each source system which MQ expects for
reading. So the XML files coming from these source systems should send the XML files
as required and as defined. But some times the files come in wrong format (missing
some XML tags, wrongly nested XML files, incorrect environment (prod/uat/dev)
data, missing lookup mappings in Oracle Applications etc.
For this project, we need to understand the whole process how the source system works
MQ hub and Oracle DB. Some Features are:
Interaction with different teams as Source system teams, MQ hub team and
finance (Oracle Team) to understand the process how these source system works
with MQ hub.
Most of the systems, they do not have Functional Specification or any documents
for these systems because most the systems are vendors or these systems are
running very old.
Create Business Requirement Analysis, Functional Analysis, and Gap Analysis
about these systems to find out all the bugs as Technical Bugs or Business bugs
and also provide solutions for these bugs and solve the bugs.
After resolving the bugs, it will upgrade with Phoenix.
