Title of Activity: 1st Quarter Portfolio Day

Objectives: To be able to present the outputs, projects and portfolio to the


Parents for the academic performance of their children for the 1st quarter of the
school year 2019-2020.

Date: August 17, 2019 (Saturday at 8:00 am)

Venue: Sagkahan National High School Campus

Target Participants: Students/ Parents and Teachers

Narrative Report:

The activity started 8 am at the function center after the


recognition. Every department of the different subject displayed all the
outputs of the students for the whole 1st quarter activity. All the teachers
have submitted the outputs together with the projects of each student.
Parents have attended the display causing the activity to be successful.
Students were also there supporting the said program. Recognition was
the first part, next was the card giving of each section in their respective
room then the portfolio display. The activity ended in the afternoon. The
activity was a success and the parents were motivated to attend all the
activity of the school as a part of their support for the study of their
children.
