    Madam:

    I write in behalf of my client, LIZA DE GUZMAN ABALOS, owner/manager of


    KAPUSO LENDING INVESTOR, INC, Santiago City, relative to her complaint against
    you for SUM OF MONEY and/or ESTAFA.

    According to my client, sometime on 13 August 2019 , you contracted a loan


    from her in the form of Cash using the name Aileen Arcilla as the borrower. Obviously,
    you were the one who benefitted in the said amount of loan.

    This will serve as a notice against you since the said loan became already due
    and demandable and a formal demand for you to pay the actual amount of money
    borrowed in cash equivalent within five (5) days from receipt hereof otherwise, we shall
    sue you in court.
